Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Dallas, TX LOCAL ONLY with LOCAL dl Duration: 6 Months Visa- Only USC, GC , H4-EAD OR GC-EAD Job Description: Build Salesforce applications using Apex, Lighting Web Components and out of the box Salesforce configuration tools (flow, etc.) to bring to bear the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the companys programs Manage configuration/coding of new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and other third-party applications Build solutions in Salesforce leveraging Force.com, VisualForce, APEX, Lightning Web Components, Web Services and APIs Oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce projects in accordance with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and serve as the point of contract for technical questions around Salesforce Support cross systems integrations across native Salesforce ecosystem, backend services, and AWS technologies Partner with product manager, project manager, business analysts and solution architect to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value Participate in planning and analysis of requirements for system enhancements, translating requirements into well-architecture solutions that best use the Salesforce platform and products Maintain sprint cadence in Azure Dev Ops Assess new work tickets as they are ready for assignment, including breakdown and assignment of tickets based on story point size and developer capability Maintain and optimize system architecture, workflows and business processes based on best practices and business requirements Ensure adherence to data governance standards and perform regular data quality audits Ensure all code and metadata changes are well-documented and cross-functionally accessible Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce in innovative ways to improve existing business processes Provide expertise and recommend when to use configuration vs code vs out of the box products Research, design, and implement technical solutions in Salesforce to deliver business requirements Identify opportunities to improve and simplify applications portfolio and implement related enhancements Requirements: Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or another technical field 5+ years working as a Salesforce Developer Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 2 or Salesforce Platform App Builder level of knowledge in developing, testing, and deploying solutions Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant Certification Experience with CRM Analytics Experience with Salesforce CPQ Expert knowledge in one or more relevant development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lighting Web Components, Salesforce Lightning, SQL Proven knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Flow and the Lighting Component Framework Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud knowledge Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Has a track record of championing quality engineering adamant that all code is written in a way that can be tested with unit tests Experience working with high-performing teams using Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends Relevant Skills: Software/Technology Years of Experience Date Last Used(MM/YYYY) Salesforce Developer Salesforce Platform Developer 2 Salesforce Platform App Builder Tableau CRM Einstein Discovery CRM Analytics Salesforce CPQ Apex Visualforce Lighting Web Compenents Slaesforce Lighting Thanks & Regards, Gaurav Jangid Technical Recruiter Email- [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/gaurav-jangid-97a5241ab/ 806, New Castle , Wilmington, DE, US, 19801 -- Keywords: materials management information technology green card Delaware Texas Salesforce Developer || Dallas, TX LOCAL ONLY with LOCAL DL [email protected] |
