Responsibilities: Strong Oracle RightNow implementation experience with below activities. o Agent console and CP customizations. o Chat, Knowledge & CP interfacing with custom portals. o Rules & Workflow Implementation. o eMail Management. o Custom Add-in development. o Custom Processes development. o REST API development. Mandatory Skills Description: Exp range - 7 - 9 years Strong technical experience demonstrating a solid background on successful Oracle RightNow CRM implementations/upgrades. Sound knowledge on AJAX, HTML/CSS, PHP. Conduct operational support for Oracle RightNow CRM workspaces. Define, document and align users profiles with business functions, create workspaces, and develop automated workflows. Provide administrative support on a daily basis, including provisioning and de-provisioning. Develop operational reports and dashboards, provide documentation of processes and procedures. Troubleshooting experience in variety of technical issues. Knowledge of SSO, SAML & OAUTH implementation. Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Insurance domain exp.
