Lead and work in a team of Alteryx support specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and ensuring timely resolution of user issues. Troubleshoot complex Alteryx Designer workflows and Server issues, escalating critical issues as needed. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand user needs and develop solutions that optimize their Alteryx experience. Maintain a deep understanding of the Alteryx platform, including Designer, Server, and ancillary tools. Stay up-to-date on the latest Alteryx releases and best practices, actively participating in the Alteryx user community. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a well-maintained and secure Alteryx server environment. Develop and maintain internal knowledge base articles and resources for Alteryx users. Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall efficiency of the Alteryx support function. Become the Alteryx SME within the group to handle user-based queries, access, resolve hardware and infrastructure issues to support and solution the overall Alteryx environment. Work with partners to gather requirements, prototyping, architecting, implementing/ updating solutions, building and executing test plans, performing quality reviews, managing operations, and training and fixing operational issues. Uses specific knowledge of a discipline to achieve goals through own work. Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes, and clients. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations. Should be capable of implementing solutions to business problems using knowledge based on experience. Quick turnaround to day to day and high priority adhoc tasks. Able to think out of the box. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience working with Alteryx Designer and Server. Proven experience troubleshooting complex Alteryx workflows and server issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working in managing large scale production critical change management processes and tools.
