Client will not consider non locals Must have 5 years of Experience with SAS (Statistical Analytical System) programming The Candidate duties include the following: Coordinate and facilitate business stakeholder meetings to discover, analyze, inventory, document legacy reports including, but not limited, to SAS routines. Collect and document requirements in organized manner Assist in the evaluation of technical solutions and make recommendations based on sound reasoning. Follow software development processes, prepare detailed technical documentation, and generate work estimates in an SDLC environment. Work both independently and as part of project team interacting with product owners, internal/external stakeholders, applications, and other Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse staff to discover, analyze, inventory, document and assist in implementing solution. Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to existing development staff. II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
