| From: Shiva Chauhan, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Hope you are doing well, Please check the below job description and let me know if you have any suitable candidate for the same: VDI WITH OKTA EXPERIENCE REMOTE 6 months Here are the screening questions that will need to be completed: What is your experience with Okta Admin Console What is your experience with traditional Active Directory environment What is your experience with AWS Workspaces VDI What is your experience with basic troubleshooting in AWS Workspaces environment Manage Okta's VDI environment Work as an escalation point to VDI end users, troubleshooting issues they have connecting to VDI on the Okta, AWS workspaces, and Active Directory environments Ensure endpoints comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, STIG) and maintain client configuration and security compliance standards. Modify Okta groups, dig into Okta logs, review and recommend on authentication policies and flows Investigate Active Directory logs and remediate issues Troubleshoot AWS Workspaces Collaborate with partner teams supporting the VDI environment to get to the root cause of issues and iterate on solutions Design, build, document, and support ongoing automation in endpoint deployment and management, iterating on deployment solutions. Contribute to documentation What you'll bring to the role Senior-level VDI expertise with AWS Workspaces and BYOL Windows Server images . Senior-level proficiency in scripting and automation, including experience with automation tools like Powershell, Packer, Okta Workflows, SSM, lambdas GitOpsknowledge,Mergerequests,commits,peerreviewsshouldallbefamiliar territory Knowledge of AWS, including Workspaces,Systems Manager and Directory Services. Understanding of end point hardening best practices, CIS Benchmarks, and experience with SAML authentication and federation workflows. Strong communication skills with the ability to produce technical documentation, generate reports, and define metrics.
