Ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Lead the customer interface for the project, addressing issues proactively. Create functional and technical specification documents. Track open tickets/incidents and allocate them to resources, ensuring timely closure. Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs. Drive continuous improvement within the delivery team for efficiency and quality. Ensure compliance with Software Quality Processes. Manage project timelines effectively.
