Good understanding of architecture principles of building and integrating cloud apps. 4. Demonstrated thought leadership, communication and engagement with stakeholders. 5. Hands-on experience with Salesforce build tools - Flows, App builder, Experience sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC and visualforce 6. Multiple years of implementation and support experience on a large Salesforce Service Cloud Org. Preferred: 1. Experience with Oracle HCM and understanding of HR Org configuration. 2.
