The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating IT systems operations to ensure the highest quality of data processing. The developer will determine user needs and requirements, recommend system improvements, and act as the primary liaison between users and the engineering/development staff. Key responsibilities include identifying, documenting, reporting, and tracking system issues, and translating business needs into formal technical requirements. Essential Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ): Expert in developing data quality rules and solutions. Experience with Snowflake: Strong background in working with Snowflake data warehousing solutions. Data Profiling and Data Engineering: Skilled in data profiling techniques and data engineering practices. System Analysis and Improvement: Capable of reviewing, analyzing, and improving IT systems operations. User Requirement Assessment: Ability to determine and document user needs and requirements. Issue Management: Proficient in identifying, reporting, tracking, and resolving system issues. Technical Documentation: Experience in translating business needs into technical requirement deliverables. Desirable Skills: Denodo: Experience with Denodo data virtualization. Python: Proficiency in Python programming. Experience Required: 10+ Years: Extensive experience in Informatica IDQ development and related data quality and engineering tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist the CDO DQ team with the implementation and production of data quality rules. Review, analyze, and evaluate IT systems operations. Determine user needs and requirements, recommending system improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
