The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable Oracle cloud solutions. The candidate will conduct technical discovery sessions with clients, design and architect comprehensive cloud solutions, and present and demonstrate Oracle cloud solutions to customers. Additionally, the candidate will create and deliver technical proposals, work closely with Oracle product management and engineering teams, provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Essential Skills and Competencies: Enterprise Architecture: Extensive experience in designing and delivering enterprise cloud architecture. Customer Engagement: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor. Sales Collaboration: Experience collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Technical Discovery and Design: Proficient in conducting technical discovery sessions and designing comprehensive cloud solutions. Presentation and Demonstration: Skilled in presenting and demonstrating Oracle cloud solutions to customers. Proposal and Documentation: Ability to create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation. Product Management Collaboration: Experience working with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on cloud technologies. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the sales cycle, including POCs and pilot projects. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Experience Required: 10+ Years: Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable Oracle cloud solutions. Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to gather detailed business and technical requirements. Present and demonstrate Oracle cloud solutions to customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings. Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights to the sales team and customers. Design and deliver enterprise cloud architecture, clearly articulating business value, vision, capability models and assessments, and technical cloud solution architecture. Lead cross-functional teams of Oracle subject matter experts to help customers design, plan, implement, and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on time.
