The ideal candidate will have core HR expertise and experience in one or more areas such as Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, or Recruiting. This role involves contributing to every phase of the software implementation lifecycle, including global design, process flow documentation, solution localization, client configuration, test strategy development, and deployment validation. The candidate should have strong technical skills in Oracle ERP/HCM, excellent communication abilities, and experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred. Essential Skills and Competencies: Core HR Expertise: Proficiency in core HR functions and experience in at least one additional area (Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, or Recruiting). Software Implementation Lifecycle: Experience in preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design; documenting as-is process flows; adapting solutions for localizations; documenting client configuration; developing test strategies; and confirming successful deployment. Oracle ERP/HCM Project Implementations: At least 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP/HCM project implementations as a technical developer, including at least 2 full ERP or HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS project implementations. Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of the underlying database structure for ERP/HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS. Proficiency in building complex Oracle components using PL/SQL and SQL, and experience with BI Publisher reports, migration, and workflow components. Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Leadership and Teamwork: Strong leadership skills, dedication to achieving business outcomes and project deadlines, ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment, and experience working with onshore/offshore delivery models. Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role. Adaptability: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay updated with industry and business directions. Rapid Deployment Methodologies: Familiarity and understanding of rapid deployment methodologies. Desirable Skills: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Experience with OIC is preferred. Flexibility: Ability to support new technologies and adapt to changing environments. Problem-Solving: Demonstrable ownership of issues and the ability to escalate when necessary. Experience Required: 8-10 Years: Extensive experience in Oracle ERP/HCM project implementations and technical development. Key Responsibilities: Prepare for, facilitate, and gain agreement on global design. Document clients' as-is process flows and communicate best practices for the to-be optimal state. Adapt solutions for localizations or business processes specific to a client's business unit. Document and gain agreement on client configuration. Develop a test strategy to validate the solution and confirm successful deployment. Identify risks or issues associated with assigned tasks and proactively alert project leadership. Provide implementation and technical support services. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members. Work closely with Oracle product management and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest technologies. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights. Lead cross-functional teams to help customers design, plan, implement, and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on time.
