The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM implementations, in-depth knowledge of Core HR, and strong expertise in the Absence and Payroll modules. Candidates should also have experience working with Fast Formula, HCM extracts, and BI reports. Additionally, experience with evaluating and transitioning to Oracle Redwood UI is highly desirable. Essential Skills and Competencies: Oracle HCM Implementation: Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM implementations, particularly in Core HR. Absence and Payroll Modules: Strong expertise and experience in the Absence and Payroll modules. Fast Formula: Proficiency in working with Fast Formula for various HCM functions. HCM Extracts and BI Reports: Experience in creating and managing HCM extracts and BI reports. Oracle Redwood UI: Experience with evaluation and transition to Oracle Redwood UI is desirable. Experience Required: 8-10 Years: Proven experience in Oracle HCM implementations and related modules. Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle HCM implementation projects, focusing on Core HR and Absence and Payroll modules. Develop and maintain Fast Formula for various HCM functions. Create and manage HCM extracts and BI reports to support business needs. Evaluate and transition to Oracle Redwood UI, ensuring seamless integration and user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide appropriate HCM solutions. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle. Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM features and best practices. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Ceridian-Dayforce-HCM-Benefits and Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Team player with a collaborative mindset.
