The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and leading the build of complex process management systems using Salesforce. They should possess high proficiency in process design and data modeling, as well as a solid understanding of architecture principles for building and integrating cloud applications. The candidate must also demonstrate thought leadership, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Essential Skills and Competencies: Salesforce Process Management: Designed and led the build of complex process management using Salesforce. Process Design and Data Modeling: High proficiency in process design and data modeling. Architecture Principles: Good understanding of the architecture principles of building and integrating cloud apps. Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated thought leadership, communication, and engagement with stakeholders. Salesforce Build Tools: Hands-on experience with Salesforce build tools such as Flows, App Builder, Experience Sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Salesforce Service Cloud: Multiple years of implementation and support experience on a large Salesforce Service Cloud Org. Desirable Skills: Oracle HCM Experience: Experience with Oracle HCM and understanding of HR Org configuration. Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Experience building journeys with Salesforce Marketing Cloud on ExactTarget. Data Conversion Modeling: Experience with complex data conversion modeling. Experience Required: 8-10 Years: Proven experience in Salesforce administration and functional design, with extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Design and lead the build of complex process management systems using Salesforce. Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement and support large Salesforce Service Cloud organizations. Develop and manage process designs and data models. Utilize Salesforce build tools, including Flows, App Builder, Experience Sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Provide thought leadership and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders. Integrate Salesforce applications with other cloud applications, following architectural best practices.
