Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders to support process assessment and design procedures, including evaluating automation feasibility and identifying opportunities for improvement. Use JIRA to manage and triage Incident or Change Request Tickets, handling the full lifecycle of requests from requirements through Unit Testing/UAT. Design and deploy end-to-end RPA automation workflows. Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation needs. Implement best practices for UIPath development, including coding standards, reusable components, and exception handling. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an RPA developer/engineer. Deep understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
