| Location: Frisco TX Hybrid Rate- $55/hr on C2C Job description: Responsible for planning, designing, testing and implementing computer and network security infrastructure design and implementation for project including Cloud-Native container as a service. Required skills Collaborating with implementation team to ensure completion of epic, story points and work stream tasks Conducting Scrum team ceremonies to enhance efficiency and eliminate backlog Promoting scaled Agile framework (SAFe) quality practices across teams, stakeholders, and projects Administering the Scrum board to visualize and manage workflows Removing impediments to progress Holding one-on-one meetings for Agile coaching Prior Experience in delivering key metrics for complex cloud implementation Maximize Quality Creates and drives quality metrics and targets. Upholds the organizational Issue Cap in all products. Drives the time taken for regression/hardening release-over-release toward 0. Drives combined percentage of work time spent on uncontained (leaked) defects each sprint to less than 10%. Drives combined percentage Sprint commitments being met to greater than 90%. Drives combined percent increase in velocity year-over-year by 5% per year. Enhanced Predictability Drives teams actuals to within 10% of estimates.
