The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT application project management experience, be a go-getter, and have excellent communication skills. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of IT application project management experience Excellent knowledgebase and understanding of IT applications in the ERP, CRM, HCM, and/or legacy application space Proven history of running complex, process driven projects that require significant data analysis, data validations, and SDLC controls Understanding of and familiarity with organizational change management best practices Ability to multi-thread projects in a fast paced environment Proactive in nature and ability to drive project deliverables in a caring/direct manner Excellent communication - both verbal and written Desired Skills & Experience SAP experience Previous Life Science experience ***This person must have prior experience with application development. For example, they must have overseen the implementation of large commercial OTS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). The person must also have excellent communication skills. . The client is in the life sciences industry, but they dont need experience in that field.
