Job Title: Infra Program Manager Location: Oakland, CA (On-site) Job Description: Strong Sr Program Manager that can drive the project, the teams, and the deliverables related to the projects they are managing. IT infrastructure experience. PG&E background desired. Adhere to the PG&E IT PMO process and practices. Responsible for all PG&E related activities required to implement the project on time, in scope and on budget. Ensure that all requirements and timelines are being successfully met VMware Virtualization & VDI exp a must Planning the Project activities and coordinating staffing needs Data Center, Network, LAN, WAN Agile Manage and report on the budget Manage expectations throughout the project Provides communication throughout the project and across project teams (e.g. leads meetings, weekly status updates) Identifying and actively managing the project inter-dependencies Provide leadership throughout each of phase the project Regular reporting to senior management on progress and performance Creates communication content and reporting material (e.g. PowerPoint slides, excel, Visio documents) Conducts analysis and other activities to support the program manager Ensures each project team has all of the resources necessary to meet the labor and material demands of the schedule Oversee the activities associated with specific work streams Responsible for the outcomes as defined in the CWA, schedule, technicians, execution plan and all deliverables.
