| Role- Lead DevOps Engineer Location: Hybrid - Hoffman Estates, IL Visa- GC and USC only DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will be responsible for automating, scaling, and optimizing our infrastructure and application deployment processes to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment. CI/CD: Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Monitoring: Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and application issues. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of DevOps processes, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps engineering. Technical Skills: Proficient in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
