We have mid-level and senior openings. They MUST meet all qualifications and at least 3 or 7 of the Technical Areas listed based on which youre submitting for. Requires approx. 1 week of the month onsite in Harrisburg. Local candidates only (no relocation). No USC/GC. *** This position is hybrid, requiring approx 1 week per month in office in Harrisburg. Candidates must be local to Harrisburg. Pennsylvania residency preferred but not required. Qualifications: BA/TBA positions require demonstrated experience in at least three (3), ideally more, of the Technical Areas noted above. Sr. BA/TBA positions require demonstrated experience in at least seven (7), ideally more, of the Technical Areas noted above. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a technology-driven environment for the BA/TBA positions and 5 years for Sr. BA/ TBA positions. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Figma). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is a plus.
