The most important piece for this role is someone must have US Payroll experience, not international. This is required 100% and will be the biggest challenge they said. They need a very senior functional resource that has more than 7 years working with SAP HCM / US Payroll and has done multiple implementations, not just 1-2 implementations. SuccessFactors is good to have but not as a technical resource, has to be a functional resource. Need solid communication and soft skills to interact with the stakeholders and leadership team.
