| SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Lead Location: Remote Education: A bachelors degree or equivalent (master's preferred) Experience: SAP SF development experience of 6-8 years A minimum of 3 SuccessFactors projects acting in the module lead role Required Minimum Certification: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Core 2023 (Professional Certification preferred) Working as the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Workstream/Module lead you will be responsible for and deliver. Technical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably with HRIS Knowledge of XML or HTML SAP skills Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customers current process and future state needs. Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes. Manage the relationship with the customer and be SuccessFactors primary face to the customer throughout the implementation process. Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices. Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. Act in a client facing role to determine business requirements. Identifying how the HXM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements. Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications. Supporting testing, training and change management workstreams. Responsibilities for candidates with relevant team leadership experience may also include: o Creating and managing the plan for a specific project workstream e.g. design. o Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle to deliver projects on time and to budget. o Working with senior client stakeholders to manage client expectations. o Demonstrated Leadership Skills o Executive Presence Demonstrated understanding of Payroll Domain to include the departmental processes/policies/procedures behind the modules they implement. Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills A dedicated customer service attitude Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision. Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others. Exceptional consultative skills with customers, using best practices and past experience.
