| **Hi Benchsales Recruiters** Job Title: SAP EWM Functional Lead or Architect Location: Remote W2 Position Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP EWM processes and functionalities, along with proven leadership skills to guide our EWM team and drive successful project implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into effective EWM solutions. Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP EWM processes and configurations. Conduct system testing, user training, and support go-live activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM functionality. Act as the primary point of contact for EWM-related queries and issues. Develop and maintain documentation for EWM processes and configurations. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP EWM with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities, including inbound/outbound processes, warehouse structure, inventory management, and RF framework. Experience with SAP EWM integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and TM. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and lead a team of SAP professionals. SAP EWM certification is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
