This is part of a larger Transformation Program Looking to identify a certified expert to do hands of configuration of the Recruiting & Onboarding modules of SAP SuccessFactor. Does not need to be a senior level candidate, jut an SME in this area of configuration/ development. 1. Must be a Configuration person first and foremost 2. Must show config experience specifically with the Onboarding & Recruiting modules of SuccessFactors 3. Must show the proper certifications in these areas Strong configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance Management, Talent profiling and Learning Management System. Configuration involves tailoring the SAP software by selecting specific functionality from a list of those supported by the software, kind of like setting defaults. Hands on experience with SF implementations This contract will go at least through the end of year but likely to extend if all is going well.
