Only GC and USC Job Description: ABOUT THE ROLE: Client is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Architect to join our integrations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Workday integrations and a strong background in HCM and HR processes. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone. The contractor will support teams across various time zones, including EST, PST, and IST. Responsibilities: Architect and implement Workday integrations, including payroll integrations with ADP and Dayforce. Provide consultative recommendations to the team on integration decisions. Generate and structure reports from Workday data to facilitate scalable growth. Conduct working sessions with the team to solve integration problems and make informed decisions. Extract data from Workday and facilitate its use for business processes. Utilize Workday Studio and other integration tools to perform necessary integrations. Ensure smooth and efficient integration processes by troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in Workday integration architecture. Hands-on experience with Workday integrations for at least 5 years. Strong knowledge of HCM and HR business processes, with the ability to make employee updates. Proficient in creating/exposing Workday SOAP/Rest API endpoints. Experience with RaaS, Core Connector, Data Transformations, EIB Reports, and other Workday-supported integration methods. Familiarity with Workato and integration design patterns is preferred. Ability to work across IST, EST, and PST time zones. Excellent overall HR knowledge and experience with Workday HCM. Proven ability to generate and structure reports from Workday. Strong consultative skills to make integration recommendations.
