Job Description SAP Business Analyst Columbus Mississippi Onsite Incture Must Have : - Manufacturing , Remanufacturing Process We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Business Analyst with a strong background in warehouse management, Production Planning (PP), and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with business stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with remanufacturing processes and Agile methodologies is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Understanding: Analyze and understand business processes related to warehouse management, Production Planning (PP), and Procure to Pay (P2P). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. Facilitate effective communication to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into SAP functionalities. Remanufacturing Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of remanufacturing processes. Ensure that SAP solutions align with the specific needs of remanufacturing operations. Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile principles and practices in project execution. Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. SAP Configuration: Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements. Ensure that SAP solutions are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on SAP functionalities and business processes. Offer ongoing support to resolve issues and optimize system performance. Mandatory Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with a focus on warehouse management, Production Planning (PP), and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. Remanufacturing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of remanufacturing processes and their integration with SAP solutions.
