| Should have older linkedin Subject: SAP Basis with HANA - Remote - 6-12 months Only GC/USC/H4/L2/TN Rate: $60 c2c MAX Provide support, installation, and configuration for ERP application platforms Plan and execute lifecycle activities to ensure the ERP is secure, supportable and functional for the business. Provide after-hours support as needed, including a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule. Proactively review and apply platform patches as required. Provide proactive improvement, technical upgrades, and support of platforms environments. Determine and implement proper monitoring points and tuning alerts to be able to monitor the platforms proactively. Create and maintain platforms administration documentation outlining administration policies and practices. Support the Managed Service Provider teams to ensure the correct application of the Standard Operational Procedures and enhance daily operational functions. Ensure excellence in Health & Safety (H&S) by providing visible leadership and driving for the execution of the basics of the H&S operating model and adherence to Group H&S standards and policies. Must Haves: Expert in SAP BASIS operations, performance tuning and lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of SAP HANA platform and SAP modules used in LafargeHolcims application landscape. Deep knowledge of Oracle Database and Oracle Database Management System. Broad range of understanding of main business applications used by LafargeHolcim: SAP, Oracle, COMMAND, APEX etc and their relationship to the ERP(s) Broad range of understanding of Cloud providers service offering (mostly PaaS and IaaS). Awareness of Operations role and constraints in a worldwide and outsourced IT organization. Knowledge of infrastructure software and tools utilized in a cloud hosted ERP environment. Knowledge of virtualization technologies, and Linux, Windows operating systems. Broad range of understanding of ITIL, ITSM and industry best practices. Ability to understand and deliver infrastructure services which are provided on a 24x7x365 basis.
