Job Description: Accenture seeks a Workday certified consultant with expertise in Core Finance, Financial Data Management (FDM), Banking, and Assets, to lead the design, configuration, and testing of solutions for a government client. The role involves overseeing functional areas including core finance (budgeting), FDM, banking, and assets within a Workday deployment. Additionally, the consultant will collaborate with offshore resources responsible for configuration and testing in these areas. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and test solutions for core finance, FDM, banking, and assets in Workday. Lead functional areas during the Workday deployment. Work closely with offshore teams to ensure alignment and quality in configuration and testing. Provide strong consulting, communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Requirements: Must-have Skills: Workday certification. Experience with government clients. Experience with 3-5 end-to-end Workday deployments. Nice-to-have Skills: Experience working with offshore teams. Coaching experience. Familiarity with Confluence/JIRA. Education: Bachelor's degree or similar qualification. Industry Experience: Industry experience in government is necessary to understand government accounting structures, ACFR reporting, banking nuances, etc. Additional Job Details: Proficiency in English (B1 - Proficient). Advanced proficiency in Workday Banking & Settlement and Workday Business Assets.
