Position Title: Network SME

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Rate: $75/Hr. on C2C

Must have experience in
QXDM, QCAT, XCAP, XCAL, Wireshark, Anritsu) and extensive Radio technology experience with 4G & 5G (and future generation) Wireless Protocols.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and driven Network/Telecommunications Engineer for our Network Team. In this role, you will work with a small team of Corporate Partners with the responsibility for
DCM connectivity, network capability, troubleshooting issues during the life of DCM products which includes product strategic planning, development, launch, and quality validation/metrics.

What youll be doing:

Complete project objectives in time to meet the vehicle and other milestones in alignment with a product launch or other relevant cycles.

Maintain product backlog for all projects, solve issues with the team, set individual priorities, and ensure overall project delivery that meets the product feature needs of stakeholders.

Quality testing/validation and troubleshooting any network related issues between DCM and the MNO partners.

Adapt new technologies, tools, and processes from the organization as needed.

Serve as expert on overall Network issues and assist in troubleshooting communication and application incidents.

Research and evaluate emerging technologies in the Wireless and Vehicular industry and translate their application in an operation environment and user experience.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance future products and customer experience.

Work closely with internal/external teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and identify RCA.

What you bring:

10+ years of experience in detailed analysis of logs, identifying and troubleshooting network related issues to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Excellence in professional presentation/reporting skills to executives.

Strong understanding of Wireless Carriers, technologies (e.g., 4G/5G, NSA, and SA) and of 4G & 5G (and future generation) Wireless Protocols.

Detailed knowledge of IP Protocols including IPv4, IPv6, routing protocols and network protocols

Work closely with internal/external teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and identify RCA.

Develop and execute test cases, create comprehensive reports, and present findings to team members.

Experience with network simulator equipment and various test/logging tools (QXDM, QCAT, XCAP, XCAL, Wireshark, Anritsu)

Understands 3GPP specifications, perform analytical studies of the features, and evaluate their application and benefits.

Proven professional experience in telematics and multimedia development.

Experience working closely with design, software firmware, testing, and manufacturing teams.

Excellent PowerPoint and strong presentation skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced teams with quick decision making.

Position Title: ITSM Enterprise Manager/Engineer

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 12 months

Rate: $75/Hr. on C2C

We are Looking for candidates with Change, Release, and problem management combined experience. 

Around 14+ years of relevant work experience is required.

Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.

JIRA Service Management and ServiceNow Required, 5 year a minimum.

ITIL Certification (version 3 or 4) is preferred. 

Work to ensure our ITSM practices around key areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management are consistently being followed and processes run smoothly and effectively.

Work to further develop, modify, and optimize our existing Service Management Practices as appropriate.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth and reliable delivery of software and systems to fulfil business objectives, support business processes, and ensure business continuity.

Assist the Program/Project Manager and development teams across multiple workstreams in planning, maintaining Forward Schedule Release Calendar, and timely communication of release schedules, artifacts, and status to all stakeholders.

Conduct release readiness reviews, and milestone reviews, lead and coordinate the go-live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.

Ensure that the organization's release controls are documented and well understood by development teams and support teams.

Ensure that all changes are managed in a controlled manner, including standard, normal, and emergency maintenance relating to business processes, applications, and infrastructure.

Participate/Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure the CAB has the information needed to evaluate changes Providing oversight of expedited and emergency changes, ensuring the correct escalation path is followed.

Evaluate all requests for change (RFCs) to determine the impact on business processes and IT services, and to assess whether change will adversely affect the operational environment and introduce unacceptable risk.

Ensure that changes are logged, prioritized, categorized, assessed, authorized, planned, and scheduled, and are introduced in a controlled and coordinated manner.

Ensure all P1 incidents and selected P2 incidents are resolved appropriately and forwarded through the appropriate problem management process as required.

Coordinating Post Change reviews with the change owners as necessary, feeding any follow-up actions into the Problem Management / Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes

Participate in the problem management process to get to the root cause of technology problems to improve the availability of systems and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of problems.

Analyse incident trending for possible chronic incidents that should be considered for proactive problem management.

Qualification:

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Required

15+ years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

ITIL Certification (version 3 or 4) is preferred.

Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.

JIRA Service Management and ServiceNow = Required, 5 year a minimum.

Position Title: Android Architect

Location: Bedminster, NJ (face to face interview and Onsite from day 1

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $80/Hr. On C2C

Note:

The client is looking for hands on JNI experience to integrate native C/C++ code with an Android application.

Excellent in analyzing code quality and architectural experience.

Android+ C/C++ Or Android +Java + Kotlin. Overall 14+ years of experience minimum.

Key Skill Sets:

Proficient in Android SDK with strong knowledge of different Android versions.

Solid understanding of Android framework and library components.

Familiarity with Kotlin/Java/C++ and Android JNI and NDK concepts.

Strong expertise in Multithreading concepts.

Experience working with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

In-depth knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

Proven experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

Ability to design applications based on natural user interfaces.

Familiarity with additional sensors, including gyroscopes and accelerometers.

Knowledgeable about the open-source Android ecosystem and commonly used libraries.

Proficient in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

Adept at benchmarking and optimization.

Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines.

Excellent knowledge of working with dynamic data (JSON & XML) through various interface types, such as REST API.

Strong fundamentals in Object-Oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.

Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.

Experience in domain knowledge such as RIL and android telephony (LTE, CDMA, EvDO, WCDMA, GSM/EDGE, TCP/IP)

Experience on android system classes with phone calls (VoLTE, VoWIFI, 1xCall), SMS, Messaging with other apps, Bluetooth, WIFI, IMS registration.
