Job Title: SAP Functional Lead (Vistex, V/4) Location: Remote Job Description: Solid understanding and experience of the Vistex and V/4 business processes such as Contracts, Chargebacks, Billbacks, Rebates (Transactional and Composite), Data Maintenance Pricing. Responsible for leading a team of SAP Vistex technical & functional consultants and managing the outcomes in various SAP applications & processes. Partners with other team members to design and develop functionality that address business functional requirements. Validation & acceptance of deliverables for complex Vistex processes (such as Contracts, Chargebacks, Rebates & Incentives) & Integrations with multiple IT teams. Provide guidance & ensure standards of delivery for optimized and effective outcomes. Makes and tests configuration changes to SAP modules to reflect the functional design decisions that were made. Data Maintenance Pricing Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years of Vistex, 2 to 3 years of V/4 10 to 12 years of SAP The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Vistex, Vistex Sales Rebates, and Vistex Composite IP Config. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements - Develop and implement solutions using SAP Vistex to meet business needs - Provide expertise in Vistex Sales Rebates and Composite IP Config to ensure accurate and efficient processing - Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning - Create detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all solutions - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems - Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of solutions - Prepare and present reports and presentations to management and stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP Vistex and related technologies Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of SAP Vistex, including Sales Rebates and Composite IP Config - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills - Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools - Have experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy - Be able to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs - Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development - Have a proven track record of successfully implementing business solutions - Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills - Be able to adapt to changing business environments and requirement Should you be interested, please send me a copy of your resume in word format along with the following details ASAP.
