Job Title: SAP GTS Consultant with SAP S4HANA integration experience Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: As SAP GTS expert, you will help clients to shape, design and deliver scalable solutions in GTS calculation Engine and drive your team in challenging projects. By methodically engaging your customers, you get a better understanding of their processes and (re)design and improve them, with focus on integration with SAP S4HANA. At the different clients you will be responsible solution architecting, mentoring teams, collaborating with customers, change management, methodologically enabling your customers. You are an expert in GTS process (along with SD) and can lead your team to reach projects targets and milestones. You are a team player and open to share your knowledge and coach junior colleagues and provide constructive feedback. You can manage a team and different project stakeholders and know how to maximize efficiency. With your SAP GTS, SAP SD knowledge and skills in project management, you consult on the implications of a new IT landscape and react by building and maintaining client relationships. Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, MBA At least 4-6 years of experience with Information Technology. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Must Have Skills At least 4-6 years of SAP GTS experience in integration with SAP S4HANA. Experience in implementation of SAP GTS & enhance the SD functional objects through change requests based on the validations & rules of Microsoft Business process. Experience in SAP GTS with S4 HANA implementation projects, they should have worked on a minimum of two implementation projects of S4 HANA. End-to-end GTS integration expertise in S4 HANA is mandatory. Technology Stack: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Enterprise Portal ECC 6.0, SAP Testing. A clear understanding of the business process, including SD and Order to Cash cycle. Min 2-3 full life-cycle implementation experience Eager to work and contribute to a team-oriented environment. Open to travel as part of your project assignment. Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence. Strong communication and presentation skills Good presentation and stakeholder engagement skills Additional skills (plus to have but not required): Experience in working with the client stakeholders/vendor to design solutions. Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. Understanding of the GTS and SD processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions. One or two industry domain knowledge. Client Interfacing skills. Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills and should be able to interact with the client and architect the solution designing.
