| Hi, Please find job description below; USC/GC Only Title- Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead Location- Southern California (Onsite) Duration- 6 months contract Interview- Video Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead to join our team and support a large healthcare client. This is a contract role lasting through the end of the year, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading the client-facing charge: Gathering requirements, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth implementation. Technical & Functional Expertise: You'll leverage your knowledge of Oracle Cloud and benefits programs to configure the system effectively. Vendor Management: Working seamlessly with benefit vendors to ensure a successful implementation. Data Expertise: Experience with the Health Data Loader (HDL) is essential for accurate data migration. Communication is Key: Excellent communication and client-facing skills are a must for building strong relationships and ensuring project success. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in the benefits space, ideally within healthcare. In-depth knowledge of benefits plans and programs. Proven experience with Oracle Cloud or similar HR systems (a plus). Expertise in using the Health Data Loader (HDL). Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Bonus points for: Experience working within California healthcare systems. Project management experience.
