Required Skills - IT Bachelors Degree Required - Detailed knowledge of Healthcare Payor experience and CRM application in Service/Operational space. - 5+ years of relevant testing experience with strong background in Software QA with cloud technologies to include 3+ years of experience with Salesforce = Required. - 4+ years of relational database experience including generating complex queries, setting up database connections, and automating query processing. - 2+ years of experience in API testing and IVR/Conversational API testing. NLP experience is also required. - 3+ years of experience with BDD/ Selenium and any automation tools. - Must have strong SQL Querying abilities -Azure or AWS Cloud experience is considered a BIG PLUS - Experience using and sharing knowledge of Agile team collaboration and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence). - Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities. - Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology. - Any Salesforce certification would be a plus.
