Led cross-functional complex projects/programs greater than $2M+ Highly organized, strong management skills, and ability to multi-task competing priorities Excellent active listening skills and self-awareness Strong verbal and written communication skills Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations Ability to conform to shifting demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word Bachelor's degree Preferred Familiarity with Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Aviation industry experience Finance background PMP Green Belt / LSS More notes about the job: Hybrid role (mostly at Willis location, may need to travel to other UA locations as needed).
