Deadline Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Technical Skills: macOS and iOS: Advanced knowledge of macOS and iOS troubleshooting, including hardware/software isolation theory. Network configuration and troubleshooting, including VPN. Comfortable with CLi a plus. Diagnostics and Firmware Updates: Experience running diagnostics and firmware updates to resolve hardware/software issues. Services and Protocols: Comfortable with services, protocols, and concepts such as SSH, SMB, VNC. Windows and Linux: Experience operating Windows and Linux a plus. Scripting: Basic knowledge of AppleScript, Automator, and Python a plus.
