| From: Sam, Adventa Tech Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Infor M3 ERP Quality Assurance Analyst New position to allow the team lead to focus on managing testing across all initiatives. Start July 8th INDY preferred LOCATION Indianapolis, IN (must be local or relo immediately no exceptions) The ERP Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications before they are released to production. They will operate hands-on, using software designed for testing to identify and resolve bugs and defects. An ideal candidate enjoys frequent collaboration and communication with development and production teams while having strong organization skills and support of the Infor M3 CloudSuite Distribution ERP for Global Merchandise. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of the functionality being released Use testing software to identify and report defects and error codes Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings to the development team Review design specification to understand the scope of the product, requirements, and functions Collaborate with the development team to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process Research competitors and provide input into the development of new features Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and project team to secure commitments and maintain accountability Provide day-to-day support, including resolution of incidents related to Infor M3 ERP system Demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments Completion of University or Technical school courses in Computer Science or a related field Experience working in a software testing role Familiarity with a wide range of software and database testing programs Experience with Agile development methodologies Quality Assurance certifications helpful but not required: Certified Quality Assurance Professional (CQAP), Certified Software Tester (CSTE), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Possess the following traits: Attention to Detail, Analytical, Collaborative, Ability to Think Critically, Detail Oriented, Problem Solver, Passion for Quality, and Software Applications QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels.
