From: SAM, Global IT Family [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Workday Integration Developer Location: New York Duration: Long Term Onsite Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and talented Workday Integration Developer to join our Healthcare organization's IT implementation team as a crucial member of our enterprise-wide Workday implementation project. In this role, the person will be responsible for configurating and developing data integrations within the Workday ERP system, focusing on HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting business processes as part of our enterprise-wide implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday integration development and a strong background in integrating Workday with Infor ERP Cloud Suite and other 3rd party solutions, i.e, benefit administration, time tracking, etc. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the implementation team, business stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and design data integration solutions aligned with business needs and objectives and translate them into technical specifications. Build and configure data integrations between Workday and various enterprise systems; specifically focusing on HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules for our enterprise-wide implementation. Participate in the full lifecycle of data integration projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Follow best practices, standards, and methodologies for Workday data integration development, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability of solutions. Configure Workday connectors, including Core Connectors and Cloud Connect, to establish seamless integration with external systems such as HRIS, payroll systems, benefit providers, recruiting platforms and third-party applications. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting business stakeholders to gather requirements and design data integration solutions aligned with business needs and objectives. Develop and implement custom Workday Studio integrations using XSLT, XPATH, and XML technologies to transform and manipulate data as per business requirements. Assist in configuring and maintaining Workday EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for inbound and outbound data transfers between Workday and external systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Write and maintain documentation for integration processes. Configurations, and customizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of data integration processes. Also, ensuring data accuracy and system performance. Development and maintenance of technical documentation for data integration solutions, including design specifications, data mapping documents, and integration architecture diagrams. Stay updated with Workday updates, releases, and best practices related to data integration and business processes, sharing knowledge with the team as needed. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. At least 3-5 years of experience in Workday integration development, preferably in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules, with hands-on experience in enterprise-wide implementations. Strong technical skills in configuring Workday connectors, including Core Connectors and Cloud Connect, and developing custom integrations using Workday Studio. Strong understanding of Workdays data model, business processes, and security framework. Experience with web services protocols and technologies like SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON. Experience integrating Workday with Infor ERP Cloud Suite and 3rd party solutions, methodologies, and best practices in enterprise environments. Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPATH, and other related technologies used in Workday integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data integration issues and recommend effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Workday Integration certification(s) are a plus Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Workday integration development, preferably in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules, with hands-on experience in enterprise-wide implementations. Proven experience in being part a team of developers in large-scale ERP implementation projects, preferably in the HR and healthcare space. Extensive technical skills in configuring Workday connectors, developing custom integrations using Workday Studio, and working with XML, XSLT, XPATH, and other related technologies. Deep understanding of Workday data model, business processes, and integration architecture, with the ability to design and implement complex integration solutions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions effectively. Workday Integration certification(s) are a plus.
