Must have active LinkedIn from last 3-4 years & Strong comm & technical Skills Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Security Engineer with a strong background in Commercial Azure, M365, and Microsoft Purview. This role focuses on responding to Change Tickets, ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, critical thinker who is solutions-focused and willing to step in without being asked. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AWS is a plus.Key Responsibilities: Respond to and manage Change Tickets related to Azure Cloud and M365 security. Ensure the security and compliance of our Azure and M365 environments using Microsoft Purview. Implement and maintain security best practices across Azure and M365 platforms. Collaborate with IT and security teams to address security incidents and vulnerabilities. Monitor and analyze security alerts, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks. Stay current with the latest developments in Azure security, M365, and Microsoft Purview. Utilize Microsoft Power Platform to automate security workflows and processes. Leverage AWS experience to provide additional cloud security support and insights. Provide guidance and support to team members on cloud security best practices. Proactively identify and address potential security issues before they become problems.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Azure Cloud security, M365, and Microsoft Purview. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AWS is a plus. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, AWS Certified Security Specialty) are a plus.
