Resolving various performance issues reported for applications and databases and tuning queries to improve response time Responsible for design, inspect Infrastructure modelling and provide extensive technical assistance for IT infrastructure, IT OPS, App Support, and other support groups Good understanding of High level architecture of Oracle E-business suite application 12.1.3 Having experience in cloning process from Production to DEV,TEST,UAT. Having experience in starting/stopping the oracle E-business application services Troubleshooting concurrent managers, workflow and ad utilities. Monitoring application related products, Apache, oacoare,oafm etc. code Migration using Datafix and Package execution Good knowledge on SSL certificates and renewal Process Trouble shooting long running request raised by application support Team. Handling Alerts raised by alert monitoring system from Database and applications.
