| From: vaishali, KPG99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role Success Factors Consultant Recruiting and Onboarding US Citizen only Remote Duration: Contract to hire (6 months contract) Success Factors Consultant - temp to perm JOB DESCRIPTION: SuccessFactors Consultant Recruiting and Onboarding Lead Effective People is seeking US based SuccessFactors Consultants to support global SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding implementations and provide ongoing production support for our customers. Role and Responsibilities Design, implement and support solutions for complex Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current process and future state needs Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document. Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts. Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support process Train end-users on specific processes and applications Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests Transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & support Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise Qualifications Required: Associate or Professional level certification in these two SAP SuccessFactors modules : o Recruiting Management and Marketing and o Onboarding (1.0 or 2.0) 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience 2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role Subject matter expertise in recruiting and onboarding business processes Detailed and results oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely manner Knowledgeable in current HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective Ability to elicit and document business requirements Ability to communicate with team members and customers clearly, concisely, and confidently, both verbal and written Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor fellow consultants on the team Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment US Citizenship Preferred: Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: o Employee Central or Onboarding 2.0 Experience with the configuration of Job Profile Builder Experience with the implementation of Opportunity Marketplace functionality Expertise in integrations with related SAP HCM and other SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central.
