Experience: 8 20 Years We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AI Lead with a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with business stakeholders, designing scalable AI systems, and implementing generative AI solutions for production environments. Leveraging a strong background in software engineering, the AI Architect will create innovative and efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization. Responsibilities: Proven experience as an AI Lead or similar role. 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing AIML, NLP, SLM, deep learning, transformers models Telco experience is a plus. Proficiency in GCP services relevant to AI/ML (e.g., AI Platform, AutoML, BigQuery ML, etc.). Strong background in software engineering with expertise in designing and implementing scalable systems. Hands-on experience in the production of generative AI-based systems. Proficient in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership in driving AI projects from conception to deployment. Work closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals, challenges, and opportunities where AI solutions can provide value. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design scalable AI architectures that align with strategic objectives. Architect end-to-end AI systems that are scalable, efficient, and maintainable. Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and frameworks to meet project requirements. Provide technical leadership in the development and deployment of AI solutions. Demonstrate hands-on experience in the production of generative AI-based systems. Implement and optimize algorithms for LLM models, ensuring they meet both performance and reliability criteria. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our systems. Apply solid software engineering principles to develop robust and maintainable code. Collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI components seamlessly into existing systems. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex AI concepts clearly and understandably. Present AI solutions to diverse audiences, including executives, project teams, and external partners. Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the organization. Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AI and machine learning. Lead initiatives are incorporating emerging technologies into the AI architecture to enhance system capabilities. Qualifications: Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
