From: Sam Sharma, Systray Technology [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Architect Responsibilities: Deliver technical and architecture design elements of ServiceNow features and Integration services Work with engineering teams, stakeholders, to create technical solution designs Ensure technical quality and adherence of integration designs to Enterprise Architecture standards and product roadmap Identify, capture, and implement ServiceNow architecture pattern Drive resolution of technical debt, to reduce the ongoing cost of the IT services Providing communication of architecture design and decision making, enabling approval to proceed with designs Design solutions (products and services) to meet user needs and align with ServiceNow technical strategy and standards Support delivery teams, blending technical (development and architecture) and behavior skills Scoping and deliver the requirements. Ensuring requirements are well documented Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations Undertake business related travel as required to meet customers, demonstrate solutions, strengthen sales and delivery progress Skillset: Experience in ServiceNow technical architecture covering: Experienced in ITxM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery & AppEngine Experienced in ATF, Mobile Solutions, Reporting and Analytics, etc. Exposure of HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, TSOM & other industry specific modules Experienced in assessing Service management landscape including existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations & improvements Experienced in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages Client side / Server-side scripts, UI policy, Data policy, Business rule, script include, Script action, UI action Flow designer and decision table Workflows, Rest and Soap based integration Transform map, Import set and Data sources Proven cross technology experience connecting ServiceNow to overall IT landscape 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow/Enterprise architecture.
