| From: Jethin, Netorbit [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] SME Project Manager- DC // 5Year Contract Client: DHCF- DC Exp: 16+ to 20 year Loc: Washington DC Onsite position Rate Is Open The SME in its Project Manager role serves as the principal liaison and advisor between DCAS, DHCF's Executive Official, internal agency staff, and external officials, responsible for implementing strategic priorities and advising on policy and programmatic impacts of complex projects. The SME will exercise sound judgment in prioritizing project tasks for successful outcomes while ensuring Agency needs are met and overall goals achieved. Simultaneously, the SME as Senior Emerging Technology Consultant remains abreast of technological advancements, advising on leveraging innovations for strategic growth and best practices. The SME is expected to conduct thorough research on emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, IoT, AR, VR, and quantum computing, offering expert guidance on adoption and integration. The SME is expected to Collaborate closely with DCAS, and provide leadership in developing innovative solutions, and guidance from conceptualization to implementation. Through thought leadership and technical expertise, the SME is expected to navigate the evolving technology landscape, aiding DCAS in strategic decision-making and developing the scope of work and requirements for DCAS upcoming projects. The Contractors SME shall meet the requirements listed in subparagraph and of the solicitation; The Contractors SME shall be ready to onboard with the District within five (5) business days of selection unless otherwise specified after contract award. The SME shall: Have experience conducting in-depth research and analysis of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and quantum computing; Have experience collaborating closely with high-level internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve DCAS goals and objectives, while also conducting in-depth research and analysis to inform decision-making processes; Have experience in navigating technology procurement and meeting District and Federal regulatory mandates and the; Have expertise and shall be proficient in platforms such as IBM Curam, Oracle, AWS, DCAS, and Azure, alongside a deep understanding of the District's Health and Human Services programs including TANF, SNAP, CHIP, and Medicaid; Have a minimum of five years experience navigating software solutions, including system software, application software, web applications, and artificial intelligence software, with a focus on monitoring and troubleshooting within a government environment; Have experience and demonstrate diverse knowledge and understanding of the entire DCAS Platform from infrastructure to application tiers as well as in-depth knowledge of the Districts Health and Humans services program resident within the DCAS platform; Have mastery knowledge and skills in project change management with an excellent understanding of the implications of different technical choices, and the ability to assist in guiding the DCAS team to the best solution. Have 15+ years of experience (Master Level) with the Microsoft BI stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Azure Data Factory, Power Bricks, Python). Have 12+ years of experience implementing data warehouse solutions. Have 10+ years of experience developing SSAS Have 8+ years of experience working with Azure Dev Ops / Team Foundation Server or a similar source control software. Have the ability to do data analysis to understand the root cause of a problem without clear documentation.
