| Direct client position Position: Salesforce & MS Power Platform Programmer (high-level) Duration: 1 Year Location: Remote Client: State of Maine Department: Department of Administration and Financial Services Top 3 Skills: Salesforce Platform Development Industry Software Development Microsoft Power Platform The State of Maine Application Development Group is currently looking for high level Programming staff (PR5) to support mission critical systems for the Department of Administration and Financial Services. This role is the highest technical level in all phases of applications systems analysis and design activities. The most important aspects of this work are the application of programmer analysis skills to formulate solutions to complex business problems using automation technologies and preparing system design plans and detailed specifications to facilitate the development and implementation of application systems . Oversite of daily support activities and other development work may be required. Work is performed under limited supervision. One position is available. Initial work will be to support, expand and maintain the DECD Salesforce Grant Management platform and DAFS mission critical system. This position will be expected to support, expand and maintain the DECD Salesforce Grant Management platform in order to improve productivity and improve the end user experience. The position will also assist in helping support resolve/mature the initial setup of the platform and support mandated Maine statues initiatives. Mature our footprint and accelerate implementation of applications, increase efficiency and productivity, improve collaboration and communication across Low Code No Code developers, reduce risk and increase security best practices. The ideal candidate possesses the following: Passion for moving organizations forward with the Salesforce ecosystem and MS Power Platform and excitement for the impact can make on customer experiences.
