Experience with Agile methodology/frameworks Prefer Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework Release Management experience Project Management experience PM work is all done by the Scrum Masters (i.e. project status, red, yellow, green, risk management etc.) Must have prior BofA experience Hands on experience working with JIRA Requirements: 4-5 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master; proven experience as a Scrum Master in a regulated industry (banking, finance, healthcare, etc.). Should have previous, recent, BOA experience. Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies with the flexibility to adapt these practices. Needs Technical background/knowledge (SDLC and experience with releases to production) Traditional PM Skills: should have traditional project management (PM) skills, such as detailed planning and organizing tasks. Should have strong experience with upfront planning and scheduling that is necessary in a regulated environment like a bank. Familiarity with defect management Experience in change management and problem-solving. Experience managing multiple projects as a Scrum Master Excellent knowledge & understanding of Risk & Compliance Management (matters requiring attention) Must have Confluence & JIRA work management tool Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)) are preferred but not mandatory.
