Job Title: Dynatrace Specialist Location: Fully Remote Duration: Minimum 12 months contract with possible extension Visa: USC/GC Configure and optimize Dynatrace settings, alerting profiles, and management zones. Responsibilities: Create and optimize alerting profiles, set up and maintain management zones, integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow and PagerDuty, and develop Dynatrace Business Gather and document requirements from product, development, and infrastructure teams. Ensure alignment of naming conventions and tagging with business processes. oProvide ongoing analysis and optimization recommendations oSet up and maintain management zones. oIntegrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow and PagerDuty. oDevelop Dynatrace Business Dashboards. Gather and document requirements from product, development, and infrastructure teams. Ensure alignment of naming conventions and tagging with business processes. Track progress and ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Provide ongoing analysis and optimization recommendations Meet with product, development, and infrastructure teams to track workflows for Dynatrace alerts on their applications.
