Job Title : SAP GRC Technical Specialist Experience : 5-20 Years Location : Houston, Texas - Onsite We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Technical Specialist who will have extensive experience in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, with a strong technical background. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining GRC solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Responsibilities: 15+ years of experience in SAP GRC implementations and support. Proven experience in managing Run and Maintain teams. Experience with audit preparation and compliance activities. Strong understanding of User Access Review (UAR) processes and GRC tools. Experience with other SAP modules and integration points. Experience with SAP security and authorizations. Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL). Strong technical knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP GRC solutions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to GRC. Relevant SAP GRC certifications are a plus. Design and implement SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules. Develop and maintain GRC policies, procedures, and documentation. Perform risk assessments, identify control deficiencies, and recommend remediation actions. Configure and customize GRC applications to meet business requirements. Provide technical support for GRC applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC solutions with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Conduct user training and support for GRC tools and processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in GRC and SAP technologies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Participate in audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of GRC controls. Be present onsite for the initial 30-45 days, with an expected commitment of 6 months.
