You will be one of the first engineers to join the SullyAI team and will close close with the co-founders. You will be responsible for building out the core components of the product, growing and building out the engineering team ad taking the product to the next level. Must-have Skills 4+ years experience in full-stack software development A history of building high-quality, well-tested products. Devops experience and expertise Experience working on AI/ML applications is a big plus Credentials BS/MS/PhD in CS or a related field. 4+ years industry experience developing widely used products. 2+ years experience working on comprehensive full-stack solutions. Experience leading engineering teams is a big plus Core responsibilities Enhancing existing systems and building new ones from scratch by yourself and/or by leading other engineers Creating new APIs (along with proper documentations) from scratch. Cultivating a culture of engineering excellence. Recruitment of top-tier talent. Identifying optimum third-party tools and services for build-outs, serving as a tech spokesperson during talks with partners. Leading and stimulating a high-performing engineering team.
