Job Title : GCP Data & Analytics Solution Architect Experience : 8-10 Years Location : New Jersey / Irving, Texas - Onsite We are looking for a GCP Data & Analytics Solution Architect who is well-versed in designing and modernizing big data architectures on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, operation improvement, and debugging of BI & Big Data Analytics environments, both on-premise and on GCP. Responsibilities: 12 years of expertise in Data Analytics and Big Data Proven experience in architecting and designing solutions using Google Cloud products. Experience with real-time data streaming and processing. Expertise in capacity planning for new initiatives on Google Cloud. Successfully executed end-to-end implementation/migration of Data Warehouse and Big Data projects from on-premise to GCP. Proficiency in working with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of data security, encryption, access control, and legal data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business requirements. Design, develop, implement, and improve BI & Big Data Analytics environments on-premise or on Google Cloud Management Platform. Architect and design solutions leveraging Google Cloud products such as Cloud BigQuery, GCS, Cloud DataFlow, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud BigTable, and TensorFlow. Align Google best practices and recommendations with customer requirements to deliver top-tier analytics solutions. Execute end-to-end implementation/migration of Data Warehouse and Big Data (Hadoop) projects from on-premise to GCP, utilizing tools like Google BigQuery, DataFlow, DataProc, etc. Work with microservices using Docker and Kubernetes. Migrate workloads from on-premise or other public clouds to Google Cloud Platform. Collaborate closely with Operations teams to size, scale, and tune both existing and new architectures. Manage and provision cloud solution infrastructure, including network, storage, and compute resources, ensuring legal compliance and security standards. Design and manage data security solutions, including encryption, access control, and storage management, ensuring legal data privacy compliance such as GDPR. Handle real-time streaming and processing of various data sources, including logs, time series telemetry data, unstructured social data, and relational data. Perform capacity planning for new initiatives on Google Cloud, including sizing for storage, computing, and network resources.
