| 30% scrum master 70% BA Interview: 1 and done, onsite interview Looking to start interviewing next week, Tuesday Title : Scrum Master / Business Analyst (Infrastructure) Location: Naperville, IL 60540 Fully On-Site Contract | 6+ Months Job Description Overview / Contractors Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with a particular focus on infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Azure DevOps, Confluence, PowerBI, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, and Clarity. Experience Level: 2 Qualifications (mut haves): > Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in IT infrastructure environments. > Certified Scrum Master (CSM/SAFe) or equivalent Agile certification. > Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps, Confluence, PowerBI, Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, and Clarity. > Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. > Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences. > Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Nice to Have: - Experience in the IT infrastructure sector is highly preferred. - Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are desirable.
