| IT Auditor and Compliance Manager location: San Antonio,TX Rate:$50-55/hr Experience: 8-10 Years Mandatory Skills: Control testing in Bank, Consumer Lending domain, Archer, Excel Job description: Ability to analyze risk and control data and determine a risk-based scope for a given process. Experience developing the test scripts for control and transactional tests. Experience with control testing and transactional testing Able to analyze compliance with complex policies/procedures and laws/regulations. Strong writing skills to ensure work papers are supported with analysis and conclusions of test findings. Follow direction of Leads/Director, to include providing input on areas of testing. Utilizing critical thinking and project management skills aid the ECORT testing team in completing all tasks in a timely manner.Mandatory Experience within the second/third line or third-party consulting, transaction testing regulatory requirements related to the American with Disabilities Act. (ADA) Experience assessing website (and mobile app) accessibility for public accommodations under the ADA. Experience writing and designing testing questions and strategy for testing regulatory requirements related to the American with Disabilities Act. (ADA) Experience documenting and evidencing compliance and operational risk within the banking industry, preferable at a large complex financial institution. Ability to analyze and apply ADA regulatory requirements to a banks operational environment. Ability to effectively communicate observations and results both orally and in writing at a high level.Bonus Experience control testing in the second/third line and/or third-party consulting.
