Kindly go through the JD below and let me know your interest Role name: Developer Chicago(Downtown), IL Duration : Contract Role Description: Technical Postgres SME who has worked in Database migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL. Should have a thorough understanding of schema and data migration of large database to PostgreSQL 2) Very strong expertise in PostgreSQL database 3) Very strong expertise and hands-on experience in understanding and rewriting SQL queries, migrating packages, migrating stored procedures and optimizing the same. Should be able to identify and recommend solution on PostgreSQL query / Stored procedures performance issues. 4) Strong hands-on experience in performance tuning - Constraints creations, Indexes creation & analysis, VACUUM,AUTOVCUUM parameter setup & enabling, explain plan analysis, Server side parameter setup, SQL query re-writing, bloating monitoring 6) Should have good understanding of Oracle PL/SQL databases like TABLES,VIEWS,PROCEDURES,FUNCTIONS,PACKAGES,INDEXES,TRIGGERS,MVs 6) It is good to have GCP basic understanding and Cloud SQL knowledge 7) Oracle to Posgres Migration experience (schema and data ) is required 8) Eager to learn new concepts, functionalities and able to resolved issue independently Competencies: PostgreSQL, Data Migration, Oracle 10g Database performance tuning Experience (Years): 6-8 Essential Skills: Database migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL strong expertise in PostgreSQL database data migration of large database to PostgreSQL Address PostgreSQL query / Stored procedures performance issues Oracle to Postgres Migration experience (schema and data ) is required Desirable Skills: GCP basic understanding and Cloud SQL knowledge Eager to learn new concepts, functionalities and able to resolved issue independently Best Regards, Jessica |Sr Techical Recruiter| Email: [email protected] Siri InfoSolutions Inc , 3 Ethel Rd, Suite # 302, Edison NJ 08817.
